In celebration of 20 years as Performance Based Contract Administrator (PBCA) for the State of Arkansas, SHCC hosted a celebration reception at the Southwest Affordable Housing Management Association’s (SWAHMA) annual fall conference in Little Rock on September 10th, 2024.
The Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts served as the perfect backdrop for an evening of stories, accolades and appreciation. Attendees included past and present HUD leadership including former HUD Little Rock Field Office Director Linda Hardway and Supervisory Project Manager Vin Speck as well as current HUD Multifamily Regional Director Christie Newhouse and HUD Division Director Michael Gamez (both former SHCCers!).
A big thank you to all those in attendance, as well as to Tammy Fotinos for planning the event. SHCC looks forward to the next 20 years of partnership with SWAHMA and HUD!
