HUD Extends Compliance Date for HOTMA Sections 102/104 until July 1, 2025
On September 20, 2024, the Office of Multifamily Housing Programs published Housing Notice H 2024-09, revising the HOTMA compliance date by which Owners must be in full compliance with the HOTMA final rule from January 1, 2025 to July 1, 2025.
